“AMAZING!” Roof Wash & House Wash in Decatur, AL
Our customer called about their 1420 square foot rental property that needed some TLC before the new tenants moved in. We were able to get amazing results for these customers with our house washing process. We started by pretreating the concrete to help kill off any organic growth such as algae, mold, and mildew. We allowed the pre-treatment time to work and moved on to the rest of the house. We removed all debris from the roof and started to ‘wet’ the roof and then applied our special roof mixture, section by section. Once the roof was finished we were able to wash the house with our specifically mixed chemical that kills all organics and the results were insane. We finished this job by surface cleaning the concrete and adding our post treatment that ensured all algae, mold, and mildew were dead at the source. Our customers were very satisfied and couldn’t stop talking about how incredible this property looked.
