We were contacted by this business in Huntsville, AL to wash their 6000 square foot warehouse. They had a lot of natural organics on it and it wasn’t very eye appealing. We talked to them about our soft wash service and the advantages of soft wash over pressure washing in their case.
We used a special blend of chemicals and detergents to clean and sanitize surfaces during our soft wash process. We didn’t want to use pressure on this because using pressure doesn’t kill the natural organisms and allows them to grow back faster. We also know that putting pressure on this type of building material would leave ugly streaking and cause oxidation. Oxidation is the chalky looking film that’s left on a surface that makes it look really dull.
